About the position

The Stutsman Complex Program Technician at RICCA plays a crucial role in supporting individuals in their recovery journey from substance use. This part-time position involves ensuring the safety and welfare of clients, assisting them in acclimating to the residential facility, and collaborating with staff to address operational issues. The technician will work closely with Program Managers and Counselors to provide essential support and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the program.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff to address operational issues and minimize crises.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of clients during late-night hours.
• Assist clients in acclimating to our Residential Extended Care Facility.
• Educate clients about program rules and guidelines.
• Provide support to clients in the absence of Program Counselors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director and/or Program Manager.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Prior experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Excellent people skills and written communication skills.
• Computer knowledge and experience desired.
