Responsibilities

• Conduct daily assessments of clients
• Administer medications (oral, enteral, inhaled, etc.)
• Document client status and any changes
• Communicate with RN, MD, and other medical professionals for orders and updates
• Perform bolus and continuous tube feeding
• Provide tracheostomy care and suctioning
• Manage disease conditions
• Coordinate client medical appointments

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience in mid-level ICU or PCU preferred
• Documentation of ventilator and/or tracheostomy training (certifications, verified references)
• Ability to follow established care plans

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with tube feeding
