About the position
The Group Home Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a group home for special needs clients. This role requires a dedicated individual with experience in managing care for individuals with disabilities, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the group home.
- Manage and support staff in providing care to special needs clients.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement care plans for residents.
- Coordinate activities and programs for residents.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements
- DCW (Direct Care Worker) training and certification.
- Experience in managing a group home or similar facility.
- Valid driver's license.
Benefits
- Starting pay of $19 an hour.
- $800 bonus after 3 months of employment.
