The Group Lead will ensure traceability is maintained on all baseline and updated ISD documentation in accordance with established Quality Management System (QMS) protocols. Additionally, the Group Lead will consult with customers on performance management and instructional strategies, interface with project managers to confirm instructional methods and sequences, and manage continual improvement in the department by designing and improving learning tools and processes.
