About the position

Adobe is on a mission to change the world through digital experiences, and we are looking for a highly motivated, strategic Product Marketing leader for our Mid-Market segment. This segment includes Small & Medium businesses served through Adobe's Direct Sales team. As a Segment Product Marketing leader, you will have a global remit and lead a group of Product Marketers responsible for the performance of the Mid-market business across Adobe's Creative Cloud and Document Cloud solutions. You will drive end-to-end planning and execution of key sales motions to grow this segment, leveraging product innovation driven by Gen AI to deliver greater customer value. In this role, you will own the planning, execution, and optimization of sales motions rooted in customer insights and experience. You will partner with Sales and Finance on annual and quarterly financial target setting and sizing for baseline activities and growth layers. Your responsibilities will include driving funnel inspection to identify what’s working or not, securing leadership alignment on recommendations, and translating customer insights into business growth through various levers such as propensity models, marketing campaigns, and seller enablement. You will proactively identify opportunities to streamline operations, optimize customer experience, and unlock new growth motions for the business. Additionally, you will pilot new product launches in partnership with Core Product Marketing teams and build a blueprint for scaling go-to-market strategies. Regular business inspections will be part of your routine, where you will understand risks and outlooks and lead executive-level RTB/QBR meetings. A key aspect of this role is to help build and foster a positive and impactful team culture, ensuring that your team is motivated and aligned with Adobe's mission.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • BA/BS preferred OR 10+ years of experience driving business strategy, product marketing, go-to-market, or revenue operations.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data and translate them into actions.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and leaders in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven track record of success driving business growth in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and experience building/managing effective teams.
  • Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
  • 'Owner-operator' mindset, with a bias for decisive action.
  • MBA or consulting experience preferred.
