We're looking for an experienced project and program management leader to join our Go-to-Market Operations team in Seattle. This is a key role driving overall program management strategy as part of the team responsible for cross-functional marketing execution from strategy and planning through execution and measurement, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, providing visibility through timely communications and operational reporting, optimizing creative agency relationships, and identifying opportunities to continuously improve processes. This position will focus on supporting marketing teams in bringing campaigns to market across paid, earned and owned digital channels, as well as agency management strategic operations. The ideal candidate to fill this role has Marketing Operations and Agency management experience and is equal parts big-picture strategic thinker, problem solver, people leader, communicator and collaborator. As a group manager, Program Management, Marketing Operations, you will… Lead a team of talented project managers responsible for executing key seasonal and innovation marketing programs and projects to develop and maintain project plans, ensuring schedule milestones and financial parameters are met and projects are delivered effectively to achieve business objectives. Recommend and implement continuous process improvements to positively impact efficiency and quality. Guide implementation of agency management strategic approach, as well as support team in maintaining health of day-to-day agency operations. Collaborate with marketing leadership and cross-functional partners in the development of clearly articulated visions, business cases and program charters.
