About the position

The Group Platform Product Manager for Tax Tooling and Knowledge Management at Intuit is responsible for leading a team of platform product managers to develop innovative solutions that simplify tax compliance and enhance user experiences. This role involves managing initiatives to acquire and certify tax knowledge, building capabilities like site crawlers and impact analysis systems, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality platform capabilities that serve enterprise needs. The position requires a blend of technical expertise, customer empathy, and strategic vision to drive impactful results across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of platform product managers in developing tax tooling and knowledge management solutions.
• Craft a platform product strategy in collaboration with product development, design, and architecture teams.
• Build and maintain a short and long-term platform vision and roadmap.
• Manage the product management process from backlog grooming to roadmap execution.
• Drive technology and functional maturity of reusable platform components.
• Communicate and coordinate with the program management team for successful product delivery.
• Engage with end-users to gather insights and understand their pain points.
• Represent the team in presentations and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management or related field.
• Experience managing a team of at least 3 product managers.
• Deep understanding of product management processes, particularly in platform roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record in delivering platform capabilities that serve enterprise needs.
• Demonstrable technical depth in SaaS software development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and being a product owner.
• Proven ability to define big visions and inspire teams to innovate.
