About the position

As a Group Product Manager in Digital Marketing at ServiceNow, you will lead and mentor a team of Product Managers while being actively involved in product management. Your focus will be on enhancing the digital experience of ServiceNow.com, driving customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence ServiceNow's go-to-market strategy and develop your leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Define product vision & strategy that aligns with digital priorities, informed by quantitative insights and customer pain points.
  • Develop a multi-quarter product roadmap that aligns with the broader business strategy.
  • Define key product success metrics and ensure they are instrumented, leading with data-driven insights.
  • Oversee and participate in the planning, scoping, and prioritization of the product to achieve customer and business goals.
  • Ensure the delivery of seamless digital user experiences across customer journey touchpoints.
  • Facilitate the collection, prioritization, definition, and translation of requirements into executable epics and features.
  • Manage and oversee the product lifecycle end-to-end, including data monitoring and experience iterations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders for your product area.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of necessary documentation for product area lifecycle management.

Requirements

  • 8 - 12 years of experience working as a Product Manager, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in B2B Enterprise.
  • Exceptional strategic and critical thinking skills, paired with business acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate business implications and product visions.
  • Strong collaborative & partnership skills, demonstrated by successful work with diverse teams.
  • Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and extended program teams in a professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead product managers, inspiring high performance and productivity.
  • Deep understanding of devising and designing data-driven solutions and managing their implementation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in content management is desirable.
