About the position

The Group Product Manager for the Ecommerce Purchase Funnel at Taco Bell is responsible for leading the evolution of the Ecommerce platform and product experience. This role focuses on driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through strategic objectives, vision creation, and managing day-to-day product delivery. The manager will oversee a cross-functional team to innovate and optimize the purchasing funnel, ensuring a seamless experience for customers while achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define E2E Ecomm Purchasing Funnel growth strategy in partnership with marketing, design, and engineering leadership.
• Create and articulate vision, strategic goals, and impact to business, franchisees, team members, and customers.
• Lead a test-and-learn cross-functional squad to find quick opportunities to increase revenue.
• Manage a team of junior product managers and Ecomm partners to drive cross-functional co-creation and alignment.
• Direct product priorities across experience strategy, platform capabilities, and business initiatives.
• Coach junior product members in data-driven and customer-centric mindsets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or MBA) in Business, Information Systems, or a technology-related discipline, or equivalent years of experience.
• 8+ years of experience as a digital product lead or in a related strategic digital field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and build strong partnerships.
• Passionate about customer-centricity and data-driven strategy.
• Outstanding analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
