About the position

This is a senior Product Management role within Autodesk's Information Technology organization, specifically in the Enterprise Systems and Experience (ESE) Function. The position focuses on empowering key functions such as Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Sales through actionable insights and scalable data capabilities. The Group Product Manager will lead the development and evolution of enterprise data products and insights, collaborating with various teams to drive business impact and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision and strategy for the Enterprise Data Management product groups within the Data Products & Insights Domain.
  • Develop deep expertise across GTM teams and understand their needs to identify high impact opportunities.
  • Hire, develop, and retain high-performing talent; inspire teams to innovate on new solutions and capabilities.
  • Oversee and drive delivery of roadmap commitments in partnership with Engineering, acting as the 'CEO of product capability set.'
  • Form lasting relationships with key business leaders from GTM teams, Finance, and global revenue operations to seek new business opportunities.
  • Define and publish rolling 12-month roadmaps for product groups aligned to company goals, prioritizing impactful problems.
  • Define OKRs including measurement methodology, baseline, and targets by quarter, supported by a high confidence roadmap.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • 8+ years of experience hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing product managers.
  • 8-10 years of experience in enterprise data management services and systems, 3rd party data and enrichment services, insights, and data platforms.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional planning, facilitation, dependency management, risk management & analysis skills.
  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent.

  • MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent.
  • Experience working with geographically diverse teams and remote employees.
  • Technical fluency in architectural concepts and schedule tradeoffs.
