About the position

The Group Product Manager for Enterprise Data Management at Autodesk is a senior role within the Enterprise Systems and Experience (ESE) Function, reporting to the Sr. Director of Data Product Management. This position focuses on empowering various Autodesk functions through actionable insights, automation, and scalable data capabilities. The role involves collaborating with GTM teams to develop and evolve enterprise data products and insights, requiring a strong background in enterprise data management and people management.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision and strategy for the Enterprise Data Management product groups within the Data Products & Insights Domain.
  • Develop deep expertise across GTM teams and understand their needs and insights into high impact opportunities.
  • Hire, develop and retain high-performing talent; inspire and scale teams to innovate on new solutions and capabilities.
  • Oversee and actively drive delivery of roadmap commitments in partnership with Engineering, ensuring business impact as the 'CEO of product capability set.'
  • Form lasting relationships with key business leaders from across GTM teams, Finance, and global revenue operations to seek new business opportunities.
  • Define and publish rolling 12-month roadmaps for product groups aligned to company goals, prioritizing impactful problems.
  • Define OKRs including measurement methodology, baseline, and targets by quarter, supported by a high confidence roadmap.
  • Ensure understanding and strategic partnership through regular interlocks, 1:1s, and stakeholder management best practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • 8+ years of experience hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing product managers driving high-impact solutions and products.
  • 8-10 years of experience in enterprise data management services and systems, 3rd party data and enrichment services, insights, and data platforms.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills for various audiences.
  • Exceptional planning, facilitation, dependency management, risk management & analysis skills.
  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

  • MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent.
  • Experience working with geographically diverse teams and remote employees.
  • Technical fluency in architectural concepts and schedule tradeoffs.
  • Ability to take risks and make quick decisions.
  • Capability to clarify vague requirements and drive them to execution.
