About the position

The Group Product Manager for Enterprise Data Management at Autodesk is a senior role responsible for leading the vision and strategy of data products that empower various functions within the company. This position involves collaboration with key teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance to develop and enhance enterprise data products and insights, ensuring alignment with company goals. The role requires strong people management skills and the ability to inspire and scale teams to innovate and deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision and strategy for the Enterprise Data Management product groups within the Data Products & Insights Domain.
  • Develop deep expertise across GTM teams and understand their needs to identify high impact opportunities.
  • Hire, develop, and retain high-performing talent; inspire and scale teams to innovate on new solutions.
  • Oversee and drive delivery of roadmap commitments in partnership with Engineering, acting as the 'CEO of product capability set.'
  • Form lasting relationships with key business leaders from GTM teams, Finance, and global revenue operations to seek new business opportunities.
  • Define and publish rolling 12-month roadmaps for product groups, prioritizing impactful problems.
  • Define OKRs with measurement methodology, baseline, and targets by quarter, supported by a high confidence roadmap.
  • Ensure strategic partnership through regular interlocks, 1:1s, and stakeholder management best practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • 8+ years of experience hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing product managers.
  • 8-10 years of experience in enterprise data management services and systems, partnering with enterprise architects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional planning, facilitation, dependency management, risk management, and analysis skills.
  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent.

  • MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with geographically diverse teams and remote employees.
  • Technical fluency in architectural concepts and schedule tradeoffs.
  • Ability to take risks and make quick decisions.
  • Capability to clarify vague requirements and drive them to execution.
