About the position

We are seeking an experienced Product Management leader to join the CyberCRAFT Product Management organization and drive our Enterprise Security & Compliance product strategy and execution across key domains, including Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Application Security, Third Party Security, Workforce Identity, and Cloud Infrastructure Security. This managerial role involves managing a team of product managers and collaborating closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative security solutions that protect our customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, coaching, and career development opportunities.
• Define product vision and strategy by developing a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Drive product execution by collaborating with engineering, design, and other teams to bring products to market, from ideation to launch.
• Manage stakeholder relationships by building strong connections with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
• Monitor industry trends to stay informed about emerging security threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Champion a culture of security by advocating for security best practices and promoting a strong security mindset across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on security products.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team of product managers.
• Deep understanding of security domains, including GRC, application security, third-party security, workforce identity, and/or infrastructure security.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute on a long-term product vision.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding and solving customer problems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; MBA preferred.
