As the Group Product Manager for Growth Marketing & CRM at Tinder, you will play a pivotal role in leading lifecycle and engagement strategies across all areas of the platform. You will be responsible for developing creative initiatives that improve CRM efforts, ensuring that our messaging resonates with users in various markets. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product, marketing, and executive leadership teams to align on strategic goals and initiatives. You will also manage a team of Engagement Operations Managers and Product Managers, guiding them in executing user growth, revenue growth, and retention tasks effectively. In this dynamic environment, you will leverage Tinder's proprietary CRM tool to communicate with millions of users worldwide, driving engagement through personalized marketing strategies. You will lead product management initiatives related to machine learning (ML) CRM personalization workstreams, ensuring that our CRM platform evolves to meet the needs of our diverse user base. Your ability to build alignment with cross-functional partners, including product teams, engineers, marketers, analysts, content writers, and designers, will be crucial in informing the strategic development of our CRM platform. The User Growth team at Tinder is dedicated to refining how we communicate with our users, and you will have the opportunity to influence this process significantly. With a focus on testing and learning, you will oversee numerous A/B tests and projects, ensuring that we prioritize high-impact tasks and campaigns.
