About the position

Netflix is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the Growth Lifecycle team, which is responsible for driving customer lifetime value (LTV) through upsells, cross-sells, retention, and key areas such as Identity, Security, and Privacy. This role involves shaping and executing growth strategies, overseeing a team of product managers, and collaborating with various product teams to achieve impactful growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a strong team of PMs, guiding them in setting and achieving ambitious goals.
  • Define a clear, data-informed strategy for the end-to-end customer lifecycle to maximize LTV.
  • Lead prioritization across the product portfolio and coordinate with UI, data, and algorithms teams.
  • Collaborate with leaders across Product, including Acquisition and other Growth teams, to articulate a compelling product vision.
  • Ensure organizational alignment and communication regarding product strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years in product management with experience leading growth-oriented product teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and inspire teams to achieve ambitious outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey product concepts and lead discussions.
  • Experience working in matrixed environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with ML-powered consumer experiences and experience in eCommerce or similar growth environments.
