As a Group Product Manager at Experian Marketing Services, you will take ownership of the client-facing aspects of our digital and offline identity graphs. Your responsibilities will include enabling the Go-To-Market Strategy for Experian's identity graphs and related products, guiding the commercial roadmap, and leveraging your expertise in advertising and marketing technology to lead the development of scalable, best-in-class solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges and needs, ensuring a solution-oriented approach to product development. Your ability to balance short-term feature support with long-term strategic direction will be crucial as you collaborate with various teams to enhance product offerings and meet market demands. You will also conduct detailed customer development to validate hypotheses and influence strategic product roadmap decisions. Establishing clear goals and developing KPIs will be part of your responsibilities, as will partnering with the leadership team to track quarterly OKRs and communicate progress during commercial roadmap reviews. Engaging with sales teams and clients will be essential to convey product capabilities and determine ideal solutions that fit their needs.
