About the position

As a Group Product Manager at Experian Marketing Services, you will take ownership of the client-facing aspects of our digital and offline identity graphs. This role places you at the forefront of the advertising industry's leading identity platform, where you will be a pivotal leader within the product management team. Your primary focus will be on the evolution and enhancement of our identity products, ensuring they meet the dynamic needs of the market. Your contributions will be essential in establishing and executing the product strategy that aligns with Experian's identity products. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Product Management. Your responsibilities will include enabling the Go-To-Market Strategy for Experian's identity graphs and related products, guiding the commercial roadmap, and leveraging your expertise in advertising and marketing technology to lead the development of scalable, best-in-class solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges and needs, ensuring a solution-oriented approach to product development. Your ability to balance short-term feature support with long-term strategic direction will be crucial as you collaborate with various teams to enhance product offerings and meet market demands. You will also conduct detailed customer development to validate hypotheses and influence strategic product roadmap decisions. Establishing clear goals and developing KPIs will be part of your responsibilities, as will partnering with the leadership team to track quarterly OKRs and communicate progress during commercial roadmap reviews. Engaging with sales teams and clients will be essential to convey product capabilities and determine ideal solutions that fit their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Guide strategy and commercial roadmap for Experian's graphs and related graph-enabled products
  • Lead the development of scalable, best-in-class solutions for the advertising industry
  • Understand client needs and challenges related to Experian's graphs
  • Balance short-term feature support with long-term strategic direction
  • Collaborate with product teams to guide new feature development and enhancements
  • Work with the Marketing team to launch new products and amplify their market positioning
  • Define product alignment and prioritization based on industry demands
  • Conduct customer development to validate hypotheses and influence product roadmap decisions
  • Establish clear goals and develop KPIs to track progress
  • Partner with leadership to establish and track quarterly OKRs
  • Engage with sales teams and clients to convey product capabilities

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience within the ad-tech and/or mar-tech industry
  • 5+ years' experience in a product management role at an ad-tech and/or SaaS company
  • Experience with iterative product development (Agile)
  • Proven ability to simplify complex problems into a compelling narrative
  • Ability to educate stakeholders on new concepts
  • Successful track record of shipping and iterating upon an ad-tech product
  • Active engagement within the ad-tech industry
  • Ability to understand technology related to identity across multiple sectors
  • Proficient in competitive assessments, product planning, and sales training
