About the position

The Group Product Manager for Intuit Academy Learning and Development will lead the development and enhancement of a learning platform aimed at empowering learners to become experts in their fields. This role focuses on leveraging state-of-the-art technologies, including AI, to create engaging training experiences that meet the needs of over 100 million customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, particularly within learning and development, and will be responsible for driving technology transformation and managing L&D programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, development, implementation, and continuous evaluation of learning technologies and processes.
• Manage a team of L&D technologists to identify and execute the technology roadmap.
• Oversee a team of L&D instructional designers to implement training programs across Intuit.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement scalable learning solutions.
• Drive the product management process for learning and development platforms, focusing on understanding learner needs and outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, particularly in technology transformation.
• Strong background in learning and development organizations and knowledge of learning technologies.
• Proven ability to link project strategies to business objectives and drive desired outcomes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
