About The Position
Betterment's mission is to empower people to make the most of their money so they can live better. As the Product Leader for our Investing Experience and Asset Management teams, you will shape and expand our suite of investment options for retail investors, independent RIAs, and 401(k) plans. You'll develop and enhance tools that help clients select, manage, and track their investments. This domain is central to our business, stewarding $55 billion in client assets across investment options that reflect our commitment to trust and transparency. In this player/coach role, you'll lead Product Managers and directly oversee an engineering squad, managing multiple high-impact projects while delving into technical details as needed. Working closely with engineers and cross-functional teams, you'll clear roadblocks and drive solutions through the product lifecycle. You will help create a financial services experience that builds trust and empowers our clients to make the most of their money. This role is based out of our NYC office. Below we've reflected the base salary range we would offer for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Betterment's total compensation package for employees.
