About the position

The Group Product Manager Lead for End-to-End Workflows at Google Cloud is responsible for guiding the development and launch of innovative AI and ML products. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to connect technical and business aspects, ensuring that products meet user needs and drive transformative impact. The lead PM will shape how Google products utilize Generative AI technologies, focusing on simplifying complex processes and enhancing the user experience in a rapidly evolving industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage a team of high performing Product Managers (PMs).
• Drive product strategy for end-to-end GenAI workflows.
• Drive multi-year roadmap for GenAI workflows and underlying products.
• Serve as a recognized authority on AI/ML technologies, advising on their integration and application in various products and solutions.
• Build partnership with Google DeepMind (GDM) and Google PAs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 5 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning (AI or ML).
• 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience as a people manager.
