About the position

The Group Product Manager for Sales Enablement at Intuit will lead the QuickBooks Mid Market team in defining and executing strategies for Mid Market Segmentation, Verticalization, and Sales Enablement. This role focuses on delivering innovative, differentiated offerings that enhance customer experiences and drive success for new customers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a cross-functional environment, leveraging data to prioritize opportunities and improve customer satisfaction across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross functional team aimed at improving the Verticalized experience and create differentiation to dramatically improve quality and customer delight within each industry.
  • Lead the definition, evangelization and execution of a product strategy that supports the delivery of an awesome end to end, Verticalized Industry experience for the QuickBooks Mid Market.
  • Leverage data to ruthlessly prioritize opportunities and focus on the most impactful problems needed by key verticals.
  • Collaborate and manage communications with teams and leaders across the QuickBooks Online ecosystem to identify opportunities for greater synergy regarding Segmentation, Sales Enablement & Verticalization.
  • Work closely with Intuit's technology, internal care, sales and marketing teams, reseller and accountant partners to ensure their requirements and voices are considered as key stakeholders in our customers' success.
  • Approach work with a global mindset to consider the needs of all future customers.
  • Continuously demonstrate deep customer empathy and intellectual curiosity.

Requirements

  • 7+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role.
  • Experience preferably in a SaaS based financial management software company.
  • Proven leader of direct reports and cross-functional teams at all levels of the business.
  • Experience with industry-specific verticalization in a SaaS context is desirable.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of breaking down a big vision into actionable milestones.
  • Proven experience of developing and executing a product roadmap.
  • Successful history of delivering customer-driven products designed to create a great customer experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Science or a related technical discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
