About the position

As a Group Product Manager at PointClickCare, you will be responsible for the vision and strategy of the product portfolio related to Senior Living Operations, Transitions, and Revenue Cycle. This role involves managing a team of product managers, defining and owning the roadmap for your product areas, and driving execution to deliver compelling value to users and customers. You will leverage your deep understanding of the healthcare domain and customer needs to ensure success across the product portfolio, while fostering a collaborative and data-driven culture within your team.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and represent the needs of current and future Senior Living customers.
  • Lead a team of product managers to create backlogs and prioritize product investments using data-driven analysis.
  • Articulate how company strategy connects to your product area and day-to-day work.
  • Create and implement a multi-year roadmap to achieve strategic outcomes for your product areas.
  • Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape and key market drivers.
  • Collaborate with various departments to define, develop, market, and deliver the product and its value proposition.
  • Align on priorities and remove roadblocks with department leads.
  • Champion change and help teams adapt to it.
  • Coach and mentor your team to foster a growth mindset culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field.
  • Solid understanding of Agile practices.
  • 5+ years' experience in Product Management, preferably in Senior Living Revenue Cycle, Private Pay, and SaaS business.
  • Experience managing and mentoring software product managers.
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Strong balance of strategic and tactical skills with the ability to make difficult tradeoff decisions.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Design Thinking.
