About the position

The Group Product Manager for TurboTax at Intuit is responsible for defining and leading the strategy to enhance TurboTax experiences, focusing on customer engagement and innovative solutions. This role involves collaboration with various teams to create remarkable experiences for users, particularly in areas like TurboTax Live and AI-powered financial assistance. The position emphasizes a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to drive impactful product outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define vision into strategy and an execution roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes across a portfolio of products.
  • Understand how to deliver capabilities and experiences that will be shared across multiple personas and customer archetypes.
  • Develop strong written and verbal communication skills to build relationships with senior executive leaders across Intuit.
  • Mentor and coach other PMs on tactical execution and strategy to raise the bar for PM talent on the team.
  • Identify new opportunities based on customer and competitive research, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Create and maintain momentum, helping teams move forward swiftly with a learning mindset and a bias toward action.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to identify opportunities for improvements and new feature development.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to accelerate delivery through the use of AI & ML.

Requirements

  • 8+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results that have critical customer and business impact.
  • Technical Product Management experience working with engineering.
  • AI & ML experience in product offerings/experiences is a plus.
  • Strong influencing skills and energized by working across multiple partnerships.
  • Excels at driving prioritization and feature requirements to capabilities teams.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision making.
  • 'Can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Insanely curious, with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve.
  • Bachelor's degree required with a focus in computer science, business administration or related field; an MBA is preferred.
