About the position

The Group Product Manager for TurboTax at Intuit is responsible for defining and leading the strategy to enhance TurboTax experiences, particularly in areas like TurboTax Live and Intuit Assist. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to create innovative solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business impact. The position involves collaboration with various teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and data science, to deliver world-class software products.

Responsibilities

  • Define vision into strategy and an execution roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes across a portfolio of products.
  • Understand how to deliver capabilities and experiences that will be shared across multiple personas and customer archetypes.
  • Raise the bar for PM talent on the team through mentorship and coaching of other PMs on tactical execution and strategy.
  • Identify new opportunities based on customer and competitive research, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Create and maintain momentum, helping teams move forward swiftly and with rigor, a learning mindset, and a bias toward action.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to identify opportunities for improvements and new feature development.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to accelerate delivery through the use of AI & ML.

Requirements

  • 8+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results that have critical customer and business impact.
  • Technical Product Management experience working with engineering.
  • AI & ML experience in product offerings/experiences is a plus.
  • Strong influencing skills and energized by working across multiple partnerships.
  • Excels at driving prioritization and feature requirements to capabilities teams.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision making.
  • 'Can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required with a focus in computer science, business administration or related field.
  • An MBA is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
