About the position

The Group Product Marketing Manager for Intuit Academy is responsible for driving the growth of the learning platform by identifying new learner pools and optimizing the conversion funnel. This role focuses on enhancing the user experience for potential learners, ensuring they receive top-notch education and training in Tax, Accounting, and Bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to create effective marketing strategies and partnerships that attract and retain learners, ultimately contributing to the success of Intuit's mission to empower customers and experts worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and codify the attitudes, needs, and pain points of potential learners.
  • Own the Intuit Academy funnel and test plan to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Create a personalization strategy for customer journey orchestration.
  • Lead the development and management of on-demand training programs and live workshops.
  • Manage partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to source new learner pools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years in a product marketing position.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proven performance in website optimization and SEO best practices.
