About the position

The Group Sales Executive role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with individuals and businesses to sell various ticket packages for events. This position emphasizes personal communication and customer service, aiming to enhance the overall experience for season ticket holders and group clients.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver service that is personal, creative, and timely
  • Assist in renewal, upgrade and add-on processes for accounts
  • Field, resolve and document various client requests and concerns
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and support company initiatives
  • Adopt change while demonstrating tenacity and resilience
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customized programs and events for season ticket accounts
  • Setup out of office appointments with prospects and clients
  • Support the broader sales, service and marketing functions of the organization
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM to support service and sales efforts
  • Work closely with team and arena departments to ensure premier entertainment experiences
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals
  • Manage the execution of the Groups experience and ensure group leaders have necessary resources
  • Assist with groups including answering questions about purchasing tickets
  • Assist with group game day responsibilities
  • Contribute positively to a winning culture and be respectful
  • Protect the legal, financial, and moral well-being of the company
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience
  • Minimum of 1-3+ years career experience in high level sales
  • Ability to establish rapport with colleagues and build strong social relationships
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, flexible, engaged, energetic, outgoing, and resilient
  • Extraordinary communication skills and ability to handle conflict management
  • Analytical with creative problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technology skills; proficient in Microsoft applications and knowledge of CRM is a plus
  • Availability and willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends
