The Group Trainer/Class Instructor at Anytime Fitness in Roselle, IL, is a part-time role focused on delivering energetic and effective small group training sessions. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, pre-programmed group workouts energetically and safely.
- Educate clients on safe and effective training regimens and provide nutrition guidance.
- Drive client success through attendance tracking and engagement.
- Administer body scan technology and interpret results for clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain client accountability.
- Achieve monthly personal training revenue goals established by management.
- Collaborate with the member sales team to promote membership growth.
- Attend weekly and monthly team meetings.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the facility.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continued education and career development.
Requirements
- Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification (current or earned within first 60 days of employment; ACE, NASM, ISSA, or NPTI preferred)
- CPR, First Aid, and AED Certified (current or earned within first 60 days of employment)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of fitness, endurance training, strength/power training, and program design
- Strong ability to coach and manage time in a group setting
- Ability to work with clients of various abilities and goals
- Comfortable using computer software for virtual coaching services
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends.
