About the position

The Group Vice President, Connections Strategist at Razorfish is responsible for enhancing brand connections with customers through direct and addressable channels across the customer lifecycle. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM, consumer behavior, and the ability to develop strategic communications that improve CRM program capabilities. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with the addressable paid media environment, orchestrating consumer experiences across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth for clients through CRM and integrated customer engagement
  • Define a CRM program's strategic vision and business goals to guide strategy development and execution
  • Create CRM strategies and models that increase client relationships with customers
  • Understand clients' strategic priorities and challenges; identify growth opportunities through program proposals
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and communicate insights to executive stakeholders
  • Lead the use of data and analytics for decision making and measuring CRM effectiveness
  • Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior from first-party and third-party data
  • Lead the strategy for new business pitches
  • Contribute to Marketing and Demand Generation through various methods
  • Manage, guide and mentor junior and mid-level strategists

Requirements

  • 15+ years of demonstrated excellence in CRM, direct marketing or customer engagement strategy
  • Solid business intuition and collaborative spirit
  • Proven leader and relationship builder with executive-level clients
  • Ability to develop strategies that deliver on business KPIs and drive transformational change
  • Deep experience with addressable/owned channels including email, push, SMS, web, and direct mail
  • Experience working with Marketing, Product, Data & Analytics teams and leading MarTech platforms
  • Strong analytical and data-driven background
  • Skilled in insight development from various research methods
