This position will report directly to our CEO and is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support the executive team and contribute to the overall efficiency of the office. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with clients and team members. The position is in-office, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, and offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative environment. As an Office Admin Manager / Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization of the office and supporting the CEO in various administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include answering calls, managing communications with clients, and providing assistance with design and marketing tasks. A good understanding of Excel and Word is essential, as you will be expected to handle various documents and reports. Additionally, being bilingual in Spanish is a plus, as it will enhance communication with our diverse client base. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong written and verbal skills, and is eager to contribute to the growth of our startup.
