About the position

The Growth Account Executive role at iSeek.ai is a pivotal position focused on driving sales and expanding the customer base for innovative SaaS solutions in various industries, including Education, Publishing, and Healthcare. This position requires a hands-on approach to develop and implement sales strategies, nurture customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure top-notch customer service and product excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Increase usage of SaaS applications, Amped, Adaptix, Optix, Validify
  • Develop and lead direct sales strategies
  • Nurture existing and develop new customer relationships
  • Collaborate with Marketing on messaging and campaigns
  • Motivate and coach the sales team
  • Ensure sales quotas and management objectives are met
  • Analyze sales data to improve performance
  • Manage customer account issues and report to VP
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in software solutions
  • BA or BS degree
  • Experience with formal sales management processes

Nice-to-haves

  • Formal training/certification in sales methodology
  • Energetic and tenacious with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
