About the position

The Growth and Marketing Lead will be responsible for driving the growth of behavioral health practices, particularly focusing on innovative therapies such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Ketamine. This role requires a versatile marketer with a strong background in marketing strategy within the USA healthcare industry, tasked with developing and executing successful marketing campaigns to enhance patient acquisition and practice reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute effective campaigns for both digital platforms and offline touch points.
  • Develop strategies to boost the practice's reputation for TMS and Ketamine therapies, and drive patient acquisition.
  • Analyze patient insights and trends, conduct competitor analysis for other psychiatry providers offering novel therapies, and understand best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Focus on building patient-centric campaigns for psychiatry to ensure high-quality leads that could convert for TMS and Ketamine.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by tracking KPIs like patient acquisition cost, cost per lead, wait time, CSAT, etc.
  • Derive valuable analytical insights from platforms used by the providers for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Create impactful collaterals to drive patient education in psychiatry clinics and manage content for other patient communication.
  • Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels best suited to drive psychiatry patient volumes.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors by participating in events and providing sales support.
  • Develop relationships with providers to drive referrals.
  • Manage marketing budget and be actively involved in optimizing P&L.

Requirements

  • Should be based in the USA.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
  • Minimum 6-7 years of experience, of which at least 4-5 years should be in the USA healthcare industry, ideally in behavioral health.
  • Experience with launching and growing practices is desirable.
  • Proven experience in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage and educate patients.
  • Solid knowledge of various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Well versed with SEO, Google Ads, etc., with experience in setting up and optimizing relevant campaigns.
  • A sense of aesthetics along with love for great copy and impactful communication.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.
