About the position

The Growth Associate role at AppLovin focuses on driving measurable business growth for eCommerce brands through effective use of the company's marketing platform. Responsibilities

• Communicate with eCommerce brands to build and grow key partnerships.
• Meet with partners to nurture relationships and support their advertising goals.
• Define and analyze metrics to ensure success for our eCommerce partners.
• Set up and grow campaigns by analyzing data, testing ideas for creative ad sets, and optimizing performance targets.
• Become an expert on AppLovin's mobile advertising products for eCommerce brands.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
• Self-starter and eager to learn
• Outstanding analytical ability and strategic grasp of the 'big picture'
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience prioritizing competing demands
• Flexible team-player with drive, creativity, and initiative
• Experience handling large data sets and analyzing complex data to identify actionable patterns
• Proven interest in technology.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the e-commerce space and brand operations
• Mobile experience and knowledge of the mobile advertising landscape
• Basic understanding of programming or scripting
