About the position
The Growth Associate, SEM at Rippling is responsible for driving revenue generation through the management and optimization of the Paid Search channel, specifically focusing on Core HR campaigns. This role involves executing marketing experiments, optimizing campaign performance, and collaborating with various teams to enhance growth strategies. The position requires a strong understanding of SEM fundamentals and a proactive approach to problem-solving and experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Help manage and optimize a budget to generate growth in SEM for Core HR products.
- Own day-to-day execution for a large set of Core SEM campaigns, managing bids, budgets, keywords, and more.
- Build an efficiency-focused experimentation roadmap to test new approaches and tactics within SEM.
- Collaborate with business line marketing managers to report performance trends and brainstorm improvements.
- Partner with the WebOps team to experiment with new landing page content and designs.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment doing quantitative and qualitative work.
- Strong grasp of SEM fundamentals with a track record of high-quality execution.
- Ownership mindset, motivated by the idea of owning a number and stepping up to challenges.
- Effective cross-functional communication skills.
- Bias to action with a willingness to try new growth ideas.
- Structured, data-driven problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL or Excel.
