About the position

The Growth Associate at REEF will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives, optimize marketing funnels, and enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about scaling businesses through innovative strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Leverage analytics to identify growth opportunities, optimize campaigns, and improve marketing funnel performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Design and run A/B tests and growth experiments to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to better understand the target audience and enhance product-market fit.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align on growth goals and execute initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Identify and develop partnerships with external stakeholders that can accelerate growth.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on growth metrics and campaign performance to senior management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role with a track record of driving successful growth initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with growth tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, A/B testing tools, and marketing automation systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Ability to pivot quickly based on data-driven insights and changing priorities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SaaS platforms, B2B marketing, or urban tech industries is a plus.
