The Growth Coach position at NPE is a vital role designed to support fitness professionals and business owners in achieving their goals and transforming their businesses. As a virtual position, it allows for flexibility in location while requiring alignment with the USA west coast PST time zone hours. The Growth Coach will work closely with clients to challenge their thinking, identify larger problems, and guide them towards a clear and proven path to success. This role is not just about sales; it also involves delivering group coaching calls and engaging with clients through various communication channels. Success in this role is measured by new revenue generated from sales, closing percentages, and effective pipeline management. The Growth Coach will be responsible for leading sales calls, engaging with prospective clients through email, SMS, and social media, and providing support throughout their journey. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be effective in communication, and have a passion for personal and professional development. They will also need to be comfortable with technology and have experience in the fitness industry, particularly in a leadership or ownership role. Responsibilities

  • Lead sales calls with prospective clients.
  • Engage in high-level communication and support with prospective clients through email, SMS, and social media.
  • Challenge prospective clients to identify and address larger problems they face.
  • Guide prospective clients through the process of contacts, order processing, and report filling.
  • Deliver group coaching calls for approximately 5 hours per week.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience owning or in a key leadership role in a boutique fitness business.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in professional high-ticket services.
  • Proven ability to lead challenging conversations effectively.
  • Strong presentation and speaking skills.
  • Experience in pipeline development and management.
  • Engagement in personal growth and development activities.
  • Experience in delivering education and coaching for personal and professional development.
  • Proficiency with technology such as Keap, Zoom, and SMS.
