About the position

The Growth Enablement Associate at OneOncology plays a crucial role in supporting the company's mission to enhance cancer care through a patient-centric and technology-driven approach. This position focuses on leveraging market data to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies that support community oncologists and their patients. The associate will work closely with the Growth Enablement Manager and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive service line expansion and improve operational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Growth Enablement Manager with identification and evaluation of potential service line expansion opportunities for OneOncology's partner practices.
  • Leverage data sources to assist in assessing practices' service line expansion opportunities.
  • Support service line expansion opportunity efforts, including inbound opportunity qualification and segmentation and internal identification of potential opportunities.
  • Assist with market assessments for potential de novo site expansion.
  • Support deck creation, iteration, and maintenance.
  • Lead market research ahead of practice meetings and support with meeting strategy.
  • Support competitive intel gathering, summarizing findings and key trends to inform expansion strategy.
  • Spend time in presentations and practice meetings to understand changing practice needs.
  • Support data entry and data cleanliness in the CRM.
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and market drivers.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Business Development, Strategic Finance, Analytics, Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years' experience in a Consulting, Operations, or Growth Enablement Role.
  • Experience using CRM software to effectively manage and track data (such as salesforce.com or monday.com).
  • Experience with market research and data analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare technology, oncology, or internal practice growth strategies.
