About the position

As a Growth Manager for our Digital team, you'll be joining a highly selective team with educational backgrounds from Stanford, Princeton, MIT, and more, with a wide variety of career experience across investment banking, corporate strategy, consulting and engineering, in addition to start-up and marketing experience. The Growth Manager for SEM in the Digital Marketing team will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and growth through Google/Bing search and display campaigns. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, the Growth Manager will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve business goals. This role is on-site at HQ in San Mateo, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive search & display marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition across Google and Bing search campaigns and display/YouTube campaigns
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals
  • Drive innovation and experimentation in digital marketing tactics to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage new growth opportunities while constantly A/B testing ad copy and landing pages
  • Report on campaign performance and strategic insights to senior management, providing actionable recommendations for future initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4-year undergraduate degree (quantitative field of study strongly preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Search PPC digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful customer acquisition strategies
  • Strong quantitative background, with experience using data and metrics to inform marketing decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with high attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with digital marketing automation and CRM tools preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in analytics tools preferred (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL)
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and growth hacking.
