Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid social media strategies to drive growth and maximize ROI for clients.
  • Make strategic decisions on resource allocation to enhance return on investment for both internal and client objectives.
  • Work closely with creative teams, data analysts, and other cross-functional members to create, test, and refine high-performing ad content.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their goals, manage expectations, and provide insights on campaign performance and optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze performance data, generate insights, and report findings to both internal teams and clients to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.
  • Identify blockers and implement solutions to ensure campaign goals are met, actively troubleshooting any issues that arise within the ad ecosystem.
  • Craft and refine strategies for clients, including both high-level campaign planning and detailed day-to-day management of media spends exceeding $500,000 per month.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in digital advertising, with a strong focus on direct response marketing.
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, with proven experience managing substantial budgets on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with strong quantitative reasoning and data analysis skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous approach to campaign tracking and performance optimization.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to manage internal stakeholders and client relationships professionally.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategizing and executing ad campaigns with monthly budgets exceeding $500,000.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SQL, BI tools, and querying Facebook's Ads API.
  • Experience working alongside creative teams and contributing to video content for social media.
  • Familiarity with ad strategy and execution on Snap, TikTok, Google, and Pinterest.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Sciences from a selective university.
