About the position

As a member of our expanding Growth team, the Growth Marketing Associate Manager for Digital Media will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital media campaigns across various platforms to drive user acquisition. This role requires leveraging expertise in digital media while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and deliver measurable results. The individual will act as a subject matter expert, reporting on performance and staying up-to-date on industry trends and opportunities. Attention to detail and strong project management skills will be crucial in coordinating timelines, budgets, and deliverables to help scale digital media efforts and bring Hinge Health to a broader audience. In this position, you will leverage data and analytics to identify and propose new opportunities to reach and convert users from the millions of individuals eligible to sign up for Hinge Health through their employer benefit plan. Working alongside another Paid Media Marketing Manager, you will support efforts to expand and refine a paid media strategy that engages users at all stages of their musculoskeletal pain journey. You will also collaborate with our agency partner to optimize and expand existing paid search, paid social, video, and programmatic display campaigns. Additionally, you will lead efforts to identify, prioritize, and launch new digital channels, which may include paid social, display, and audio. Coordinating cross-functionally with Creative, Data Science, and other internal partners will be essential to launch new paid media campaigns. Tracking and reporting the results of campaigns will be part of your responsibilities, and you will be accountable for continually improving them. Ensuring compliance with regulations, ad platform policies, and Hinge Health brand guidelines across all digital campaigns will also be a key aspect of this role.
