About the position

As a critical member of our rapidly expanding Growth team, you'll help lay the foundation for a fully scaled, best-in-class marketing organization focused on raising awareness of Hinge Health and driving sign-ups. This role is pivotal in building, scaling, and evolving our email channel, which is one of the largest and most impactful ways we engage and convert users across the funnel. You will leverage data and best practices to develop a comprehensive strategy and framework that will define and prioritize your efforts in this area. Your responsibilities will include identifying, securing, and managing both internal and external resources necessary to fully optimize our email channel. This optimization is crucial for building rapid momentum in the growth and evolution of Hinge Health's acquisition efforts. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that our email marketing strategies align with overall business goals and effectively reach our target audience. In this role, you will also be expected to analyze performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on campaigns to ensure continuous improvement. Your insights will be instrumental in shaping the future of our marketing initiatives and driving user engagement. Hinge Health operates on a hybrid model, recognizing the benefits of both remote and in-person work. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office three days a week, allowing for collaboration and team-building while also providing flexibility.
