About the position

The Growth Marketing Associate at Valence will lead digital marketing strategies and operations to generate demand for the company's innovative AI leadership coaching platform. This role involves developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with company goals. The position is pivotal in driving growth and requires a blend of analytical skills and creativity to optimize marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate multi-channel demand generation campaigns spanning email, newsletter, digital advertising, and virtual events to drive lead generation.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to manage and track campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand and improve conversion rates, SEO, and SEM.
  • Organize and refine email marketing lists based on user behavior, demographics, and other pertinent data to deliver targeted and personalized content.
  • Build out the foundation to track campaign attribution and present regular insights to guide ongoing campaign optimization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing for B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and measuring impactful marketing campaigns across various channels (email, events, paid social) that attract, engage, and convert prospects.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and a passion for leveraging technology to drive results.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a talent for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven track record of efficiently managing multiple projects and expectations - both independently and on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Apollo for executing outbound marketing campaigns and familiarity with PM tools such as Trello, preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm to work on a small team with ambitious goals.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to continuously learn through feedback.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with PM tools such as Trello.
