About The Position

Our Growth Marketing team is seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to help our team improve and scale our paid social program. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of Noom’s paid social program, with a focus on new campaign launches, pacing and performance management, and internal reporting. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Meta platform and performance-based optimization.
