SigmaNEST, a leading provider of innovative CAD/CAM software solutions, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing to join our team. This remote position is pivotal in developing and executing strategies that drive high-quality leads for our sales team, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the lead generation process, be data-driven, and have a strong ability to analyze and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels. In this role, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive lead generation strategies that align with our business goals and target customer segments. You will identify and prioritize key channels for lead acquisition, including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and partnerships. You will own the Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) target for the company, driving leads and tracking results to ensure the optimum strategy to meet our business objectives. You will design, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads, working closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and optimized user experiences across all touchpoints. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, including conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and ROI, will be crucial as you use insights to continuously refine and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness and efficiency. Additionally, you will develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel, collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and consistent communication throughout the customer journey. You will also own the implementation of our tech stack for top-of-funnel activities, including Salesforce, Gong, and Apollo, ensuring the accuracy and cleanliness of lead data within the CRM. Collaboration with the content team to create and distribute high-value content such as whitepapers, case studies, and webinars will be essential, ensuring that content is optimized for search engines and aligned with lead generation goals. You will manage lead generation budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize lead volume and quality, while providing regular reports on budget performance and campaign ROI to senior management. As a leader, you will mentor and guide regional marketing team members in lead generation best practices and work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on lead generation goals and strategies. Conducting regular market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging lead generation techniques will also be part of your responsibilities, using findings to enhance the company's lead generation strategies.
