About the position

The Director of Growth Marketing at DocJuris is responsible for leading marketing initiatives that drive growth for the company’s AI platform, which enhances contract management for legal, procurement, and sales teams. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and team leadership to effectively manage marketing campaigns, oversee agency partnerships, and mentor team members in a flexible, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage PPC/SEO agencies to ensure maximum ROI and effectiveness.
  • Oversee all aspects of cold email marketing in coordination with sales operations to generate new business leads.
  • Drive product marketing initiatives, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and compelling copy on the website that effectively convey features and capabilities.
  • Oversee social media and other public-facing marketing channels to ensure consistent cadence and attention to detail.
  • Manage and mentor in-house digital marketing coordinators and copywriters to maximize their output and success.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure performance and make informed decisions.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing performance and ROI to executive leadership.
  • Ensure marketing data is accurately captured and integrated with Salesforce CRM.
  • Oversee the development of press releases, blogs, and other content initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS companies, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical expertise in managing email and marketing setup systems.
  • Experience in agency management, particularly with PPC/SEO agencies.
  • Proficiency in cold email marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Strong product marketing skills with a focus on design and copy effectiveness.
  • Experience in social media management and strategy development.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, utilizing tools like Slack for collaboration.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM management.
