About the position

DocJuris is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead marketing initiatives for its AI platform, which enhances contract management for legal, procurement, and sales teams. The role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a strong background in B2B SaaS, capable of driving growth through strategic marketing efforts, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making. The position offers a flexible remote-first work environment and emphasizes diversity and empathy within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage PPC/SEO agencies to ensure maximum ROI and effectiveness.
  • Oversee all aspects of cold email marketing in coordination with sales operations to generate new business leads.
  • Drive product marketing initiatives, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and compelling copy on the website that effectively convey features and capabilities.
  • Oversee social media and other public-facing marketing channels to ensure consistent cadence and attention to detail.
  • Manage and mentor in-house digital marketing coordinators and copywriters to maximize their output and success.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure performance and make informed decisions.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing performance and ROI to executive leadership.
  • Ensure marketing data is accurately captured and integrated with Salesforce CRM.
  • Develop and oversee cold email campaigns in coordination with sales operations to generate new leads.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS companies, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical expertise in managing email and marketing setup systems.
  • Experience in managing PPC/SEO agencies.
  • Proficiency in cold email marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Strong product marketing skills with attention to design and copy.
  • Experience in social media management and strategy development.
  • Ability to utilize data and analytics for performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly using collaboration tools like Slack.

Nice-to-haves
