About the position

Gravity is seeking a founding Growth Marketing Lead to develop and implement a growth strategy that drives pipeline generation and revenue for the company. This role is crucial for building a scalable marketing function that supports the company's hypergrowth phase, focusing on data-driven decision-making and optimizing marketing campaigns across various digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategic growth plan for marketing to hit revenue and brand goals in 2024+
  • Acquire customers through digital channels like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to meet growth goals
  • Optimize the entire conversion funnel and experiment with bidding strategies, targeting, messaging, ad creative, and landing pages
  • Own marketing operations from end to end, collaborating with BDRs and the sales team to drive revenue
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, oversee analytics and reporting, and measure performance
  • Experiment with new ways to generate pipeline and share insights to inform content and messaging
  • Track and report marketing progress, serving as a core leader within the Marketing organization.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of growth marketing experience in high-growth tech startups across multiple channels (SEM, email, paid social, website optimization, etc.)
  • Strong B2B experience, with the ability to operate multiple channels autonomously
  • Proven ability to build and scale systems for a successful growth strategy
  • Autonomy and ownership mentality, comfortable in semi-structured environments
  • Strong project management skills with excellent analytical abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to a rapidly scaling company
  • Curiosity and eagerness to experiment and learn.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proximity to the San Francisco office
  • Expertise in corporate carbon accounting or decarbonization efforts
  • Experience building out growth efforts at early-stage startups
  • Knowledge of industrial customers' systems, emissions profiles, and/or business needs
  • Experience with Python and/or SQL (or a desire to learn)
