About the position

Puck is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to spearhead the demand generation strategy and execution for our B2B recruiting technology solution. This role is crucial for accelerating our growth by innovating marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience, which includes midmarket and enterprise recruiting teams. The ideal candidate will blend analytical skills with creativity to drive impactful marketing campaigns and enhance our brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Innovate and develop marketing strategies and campaigns that drive both short-term and long-term growth.
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition, including online advertising and email campaigns.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive marketing results.
  • Build relationships with industry partners to define product positioning in the market.
  • Own messaging and communication strategies with prospective customers, including written and audio content.
  • Create content that aligns with brand building and growth targets, particularly through SEO.

Requirements

  • 5 - 10 years of relevant B2B demand generation marketing experience.
  • Proven track record in driving demand in both scaled-up and startup environments.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with creativity and a bias for action.
