For cappers, DubClub provides a member buyer network along with a suite of tools, which cappers collectively use to grow their business and reliably deliver their content to their DubClub subscribers. For subscribers, DubClub offers the fastest content delivery (via push, Telegram, email, Discord) along with community integrations and “capper discovery” to power a great user experience. DubClub was founded by a team of Stanford football and baseball alumni who launched the company's first product in October 2021. Since then, DubClub has scaled rapidly to hundreds of thousands of users (DubClub "members"), with millions in revenue generated by cappers through the platform. DubClub is backed with Series A funding from a leading Silicon Valley tech VC firm and a leading sports-focused tech VC firm out of New York. We will achieve our Mission and Vision by relentlessly delivering growth for our customers. As our first Marketing Leader, you will come in as an individual contributor, playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on growth and performance marketing. You will be responsible for developing and leading initiatives that drive creator acquisition, engagement, and retention. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Initially, you will own high-impact business outcomes for your function, with the expectation that you are able to build and lead a high-performance marketing team as we earn the right to hire. The problems you will solve include crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our Go To Market objectives, focusing on creator acquisition, conversion, and retention. You will utilize data-driven approaches to continuously test, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels including digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, and affiliates/sponsorships. You will lead efforts to attract and convert new creators through targeted and scalable marketing campaigns, establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, conduct A/B testing, and make data-informed decisions to enhance campaign performance. Additionally, you will enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency and alignment with growth objectives across all channels and touchpoints, while building and managing a high-performing marketing team from scratch, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
