About the position

The Global Growth Marketing Manager at Amazon Business is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at accelerating demand for Amazon's B2B business across various segments, including Commercial, Public Sector, and Strategic. This role focuses on attracting high-quality leads, nurturing them through targeted campaigns, and converting them into loyal customers, thereby directly impacting the growth and success of Amazon Business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and refine the digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, consideration, and acquisition of Amazon Business customers across various segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and analytics, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Own the top-of-funnel demand generation strategy, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads into the pipeline.
  • Utilize Account-Based Marketing tools to target high-value accounts and optimize paid marketing performance.
  • Connect top-of-funnel activities with down-funnel initiatives to enhance customer growth, working closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-through.
  • Partner with external agencies in support of campaign asset creation and execution as needed.
  • Regularly dive deep into data with reports and dashboards to monitor campaign results and drive strategic decision making to optimize.
  • Execute high-impact A/B tests to help continually improve performance.
  • Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholders to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance of campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent

Nice-to-haves

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
