About the position

Meta is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager for its Business Growth Marketing team to enhance the adoption of LLaMA, a state-of-the-art large language model. This role focuses on managing digital marketing channels and executing go-to-market strategies aimed at enterprise audiences. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilize data insights, and drive qualified leads into the sales funnel, all while improving the digital marketing funnel from discovery to conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital marketing channels (web, email/CRM, etc.) to execute high-performing go-to-market activations to enterprise audiences at scale.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product marketing, and sales/partnerships teams to understand the needs of target audiences and develop digital/performance marketing strategies.
  • Work with quantitative and qualitative data teams to understand the audience and use cases to inform strategy and optimizations.
  • Produce and share data insights with cross-functional teams to inform strategy and customer journey improvements.
  • Partner with sales and partnerships organizations to drive qualified enterprise leads into the sales funnel.
  • Improve the digital funnel across target audiences from discovery to conversion.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across operations, creative, and analytics teams.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of conversion and product adoption.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing
  • Proven experience in digital marketing
  • Experience with CMS, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
  • Expertise in working with enterprise business development and partnerships
  • Experience with A/B Testing and lift measurement
  • Ability to influence and provide direction to cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, sales, product, and creative.

Nice-to-haves

  • Marketing experience in AI, enterprise B2B, and/or technology-focused environment
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • BA/BS degree
