About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager for B2B SEO Strategy at Meta is responsible for enhancing the company's search visibility and driving traffic and revenue across its B2B web properties. This role involves leading the SEO strategy, overseeing technical and content strategies, and collaborating with various teams to optimize performance and ensure effective migration of web domains. The position aims to grow Meta's presence in international markets while staying ahead of industry trends and search engine updates.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement SEO Strategy to increase search visibility/rankings, grow traffic with relevant intent and drive incremental revenue
  • Perform keyword research and prioritization, balancing opportunity for growth with level of effort to optimize for potential impact
  • Oversee retention of domain equity during migration to meta.com from other owned domains
  • Consult with product and web teams to SEO best practices across content development and refreshes
  • Partner with Data Science and Marketing Analytics to hone measurement framework and monitor/report on key performance metrics
  • Work with country managers, web and content teams to grow Meta share of voice in international markets
  • Conduct competitive analyses and market research to identify opportunities and trends
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates and the impact of generative AI to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in SEO, with high-traffic and highly competitive web properties
  • Expertise in balancing on-page, off-page, technical, and content SEO
  • Experience with website migration, redesign, and personalization
  • Experience managing SEO on a multiregional and multilingual website
  • SEO tools and software experience
  • Web analytics experience
  • Experience with marketing automation and artificial intelligence based web tools

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience building narratives informed by data and long term trends
  • Conversion rate optimization, landing page optimization, and A/B testing experience
  • Experience with balancing keyword/content/link strategy across multiple owned domains
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and Single-Page-Applications
  • Experience influencing cross functional teams, getting buy-in from leadership and utilizing resources as efficiently as possible
  • Communication experience with a penchant for upleveling narratives to leadership
  • Understanding of business lifecycle, performance marketing, and Paid vs Organic Search cannibalization
  • Leadership experience with a vested interest in mentorship and developing junior employees
  • Experience with BrightEdge or similar SEO Tools
  • Basic SQL knowledge
